Refund policy

At Wolvarn, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligible Products

We offer rings, necklaces, and bracelets.
Earrings are not sold under the Wolvarn brand.

Returnable Items

  • In-stock, non-customized items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • Returned with original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized products, including but not limited to:

    • Ring size selection

    • Engraving

    • Custom stone or design choices

  • Items made to order specifically for the customer

These items are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.

2. Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are accepted for eligible items.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at info@wolvarn.com

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos if the item is damaged or defective

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of the issue are required

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Refund (if replacement or repair is not possible)

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, Wolvarn will cover return shipping
